The GROWSTUB error you are getting is a known Windows bug. It is not LW
and once you get past it, there is no problem. It's a bug with no dire
consequences.
NT uses drivers for graphics cards that commonly do not have resolution
switching/changing programs. Changes are made in the Control Panel's
Display program.
